The conference will take place in the ancient Scottish city of St Andrews, under the patronage of the University of St Andrews. The University is an integral part of a former royal burgh, named after the apostle Saint Andrew, and recently celebrated its 600th anniversary in 2013, making it the third oldest English-speaking University in the world. Today the University consistently ranks in the top 5 in UK and top 100 globally, with key strengths including its high student-staff ratio and research excellence.


Travel Awards - Closed 

A limited number of Travel Awards for students are available. To be considered for a Travel Award, you must be a student and submit a Poster Abstract including a short (max 100 words) statement of the significance of the research (by 30th June). Please reference "Travel Award" on your submission. 

 Successful Travel Award applicants will be informed by email on July 15th.

Journals Publishing Workshop -  Tues 23rd Aug in The Byre Theatre 15.00 - 17.00 - CANCELLED 

Journals exist to disseminate new research findings and the latest new thinking to scholarly and professional communities worldwide. This workshop will present an opportunity to gain insights into journal publishing from the Editors and Publishers of Elsevier journals such as Neuroscience & Biobehavioral Reviews, Current Opinion in Behavioral Sciences, and Behavioural Processes. It will cover topics such as how to write and review a paper, new publishing initiatives and publishing ethics.
